My stay at the JW Marriott Panama was a mix of highs and lows. The room was wonderful with an amazing ocean view, and the staff in the concierge lounge were great. However, the check-in process was incredibly frustrating and the hotel felt disorganized overall. It's clear that while some elements shine, the hotel has a long way to go to match the standards of other JW properties.

I had a King Guest Room with a Partial Ocean View, and it was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was heavenly soft, and the balcony was a real treat with stunning views and a nice breeze. Overall, the room appointments were modern and appealing.

The check-in process was one of the worst I've ever experienced, with long wait times, and I didn't receive much assistance or information when I needed it, especially regarding restaurant suggestions.
